As an Associate you’ll work on a client team surrounded by experienced consultants. You’ll be responsible for working on sections of an individual projects. Responsibilities differ from project to project. Potential activities include conducting research and developing communications materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fluid situations
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint & Excel

As a Sr. Associate you’ll have an opportunity to develop deep content knowledge while working directly with key stakeholders to solve challenging business problems. Responsibilities differ based on client need. Potential activities include developing business cases and conducting comprehensive analyses.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years management consulting experience or equivalent
    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fluid situations
  • Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills

CDG Managers are responsible for managing day to day project operations and regularly interface with various levels of client leadership up to and including C-suite. Managers are also expected to lead proposal development and other new business development activities. Successful managers possess a mix content knowledge and business acumen, and excel at guiding teams to deliver high impact client results.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years management consulting experience or equivalent
    MBA preferred, bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field required
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fluid situations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

CDG Directors are thought leaders and change agents focused on creating and fostering long lasting client relationships. Directors manage the engagement process from start to finish, and are tasked with the supervision of project teams and communication with the client. Directors also lead business development activities including identifying opportunities, pitching CDG services, and preparing and closing client proposals.

Qualifications

  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to our client
  • Business development acumen
  • 8+ years management consulting experience or equivalent
  • MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field required
  • Ability to effectively manage staff
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fluid situations
  • Strong executive presence
